Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide overall supervision of patient care activities within the clinical area. The Nurse Supervisor works in conjunction with the Office Manager to ensure appropriate level of staffing, and coordination of patient care flow. This position requires an ability to be flexible and work with all members of the staff; provide supervision, direct patient care, clinical education and development support for nursing staff.

Clinical Coordinator

Responsible for the supervision and professional development of Nursing staff. Works to ensure quality care and assistance to patients and providers through efficient and effective scheduling of staff in each clinic. Ensures compliance with State and Federal Nursing regulations throughout the
Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Billing Analyst

The role of the Billing Analyst requires a high level of competency with processing multi-faceted services.  Billing Analysts of Centennial Pediatrics are required to be able to process the following service types: Pediatric Office Visits, Audiology, Hospitalist/Rounding & other services based on the needs of the Department.

Newborn Hearing Screener

Job Summary
The Hearing Screener is responsible for performing hearing screens on newborn babies. Additional responsibilities include providing educational information and literature to parents, recording results and entering required data into system.
 
Duties and Responsibilities Patient Care:

LPN

Utilizes the nursing process for rendering nursing care.  Demonstrates strong application of clinical skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.  The Licensed Practical Nurse must be able to work under limited supervision and within a team environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities Patient Care:

Informatics Analyst

The Informatics Analyst serves as the liaison between the IT department and medical staff. This medical professional plans, organizes, and maintains the performance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.  The Informatics Analyst also assesses current and future technology needs for the organization and the potential impact of the technology on employees and business processes.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant

Responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned area in terms of individual patient needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques procedures and established standards based on the scope of practical nursing.  A strong knowledge base of clinical skills in order to set appropriate standards of care, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.  The Certified Medical Assistant must be able to interact effectively with patients and co- associates.

Bilingual Front Office Associate

Job Summary
The Front Office Associate is responsible for checking in patients in a timely but courteous manner. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities

Office Manager

The Office Manager serves as the direct supervisor of all front office and clinical staff, and their supervisors, if applicable in an office setting.  The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned office.
